These terms govern your use of this website and the products and licenses you purchase from Rakizat Tawasol.

License Grant

Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed software within the limits of the edition you purchased (device count and license duration).

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Payments & Orders

Prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout. An order is confirmed once payment is verified, and the corresponding license is issued to your account.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our separate Refund Policy.

Support

Support for licensed products is provided through the ticket system in your account dashboard.

Limitation of Liability

The software is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Rakizat Tawasol is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software.
