• A sequential, gap-free invoice number, required for proper accounting records.
• A real VAT breakdown, calculated against your billing country's rate.
• The product, edition, and billing period the charge covers.

Where to Find Your Invoices

All invoices are listed under your account's billing/orders section, available as a downloadable PDF at any time — you don't need to request a copy from support unless something looks wrong.
