How to Reset Your Account Password

Steps

• Check your inbox for a password reset link — it may take a minute to arrive, and it's worth checking your spam folder if it doesn't show up.
• Follow the link to set a new password.

If You Don't Receive the Reset Email

Double-check you're using the exact email address your account was registered with. If you're still not receiving it after a few minutes, contact support through a ticket and we'll verify your account manually.
