How to Renew a ZADENO or DAWIRX License

ZADENO and DAWIRX licenses are activated per branch and run for a set duration. We send a renewal reminder before a license expires, but you can also renew proactively at any time.

Steps

• Log into your account and go to the Licenses section.
• Find the branch license you want to renew and select "Renew."
• Complete payment the same way as your original purchase — bank transfer, Paymob, or Fawry.
• The license extension applies automatically once payment is confirmed; no reinstallation is needed.

If a License Has Already Expired

The software keeps your existing data intact, but license-gated functionality pauses until renewal — nothing is lost, and normal operation resumes immediately once the license is active again.
